AGREEMENT BREAKDOWN:

-Non-exclusive, you retain all rights

-Music pitched to brand content, advertisements, films, games, etc.

-All genres, instrumentals a plus, no samples

-Tiered split, favoring artist/label

50% / 0-$5000

60% / $5001-$10000

70% / $10001 or more

-Only split upfront licensing fee (master & publishing)

-Artist/Label retains all residual publishing royalties

-All music protected in password accessible back end

-Various fees based on Web, TV, etc.

-60 day termination notice

*It 's good for us to negotiate all deals that come separately to the Label. We can usually leverage a better fee since we know certain tricks of the trade. In these cases any licenses that the Label brings to us to negotiate from anyone who is not currently our client will have the following split: 100% to the Label for the first license and 75% to the Label for any future licenses from that specific client.
